Matt Lynley of VentureBeat, makes his case for Google+ over Facebook.  For him, it comes down to the fact that Facebook is FULL of oversharing– there’s no filter.  Google+ has the Circles feature, which allows you to sort your friends or contacts into specific circles and you can choose to view content within one circle or all circles.  As of now Google+ also has less advertising and spam accounts.  Criticisms of Google+ include that it is not as easy to use as Facebook.  However, it seems the pros outweigh the cons.
